The delivery interval is a parameter of the delivery speed,
the waiting period in which your order will arrive.

The courier waits at the place for no more than 15 minutes. In the absence of the recipient, the courier has the right to hand the bouquet to a person in the specified apartment, neighbors or office staff. If there are no persons on the spot who are able to transfer the order to the recipient, the courier returns it to the company's office.
The cost of redelivery
is 10 rub.
In case of extreme traffic congestion in Minsk (8 points or more according to Yandex. Traffic jams), the delivery time may be adjusted. Hope for your understanding!
